good price, super location, nice staff, beds were ok,
you can't expect more for the price, although i'll never get used to the british habit of laying out everything with carpet. bit rocky overall, winding, lots of stairs

The Blackpool in Blackpool is tidy and compact with fantastic decor. It's good enough for an overnight stay. - the location is awesome for traveling around Blackpool, just off the alleyway and close to town centre bars and restaurants.

staff very friendly and try to solve problems directly
cleanliness is something else... if you got towels, they were put wet on the bed. since it is in the middle of the city, nights are not exactly quiet.

close to the main atrractions
the manager is the rudest and most unhelpful person ive ever met. to even start to think this is part of the 'hospitality' industry is a joke at best and at worst an absolute rip off. i doubt theres a person alive who would feed the slop they call breakfast (£10 each added to the bill for this displeasure btw) to their dogs. avoiud this dunp like the plague.

Not alot really, proximity to attractions.
No hot water available , broken window catches, we had 3 rooms each of them need to be looked at cleanliness poor, broken hot water tap, the advert/ brochure internet states excellent facilities on a score of 1-3 it would be a 1.No facilities for disabled needs updating , we know it`s a work in progress not much progress has been made .

The hotel was brilliant and fairly clean, with fantastic and amazing staff with one staff member. The location was awesome, right at Houndshill Shopping Centre.
There were broken beds.
